Summary

  • APR says the Forever Cherry Ribbon Cherry Glass Hairbrush is available at a Shinsegae Duty Free Myeongdong pop-up through November 30, 2026.
  • The product combines a four-part bristle design with a ribbon grip, protective cap and cherry-shaped stand.
  • The same space also lets visitors try several Medicube AGE-R beauty devices.

APR is giving Medicube’s most accessory-like object a long physical stop in Seoul. According to the company’s official announcement, the Forever Cherry Ribbon Cherry Glass Hairbrush is now available through Shinsegae Duty Free’s online store and a pop-up at its Myeongdong branch. The offline installation opened July 24 and is scheduled to run through November 30, 2026.

The product comes from Forever Cherry, a collaboration built around Jang Wonyoung’s ribbon-and-cherry motifs. APR says it developed a four-part bristle system for the brush, then added a silicone ribbon grip, a dedicated stand and a protective cap. When the cap is attached, the rounded pink object is designed to read like a cherry rather than a conventional hair tool.

This is also a cross-market release. The brush first went on sale in Japan in May, expanded into major Chinese e-commerce channels in July, and appeared in Korea through a June pop-up at Lotte Department Store’s Avenuel Jamsil. APR says the limited daily allocation of 300 units sold out there, and that cumulative sales passed 100,000 within two months of the original release. Those figures are company disclosures, not independently audited retail data.

The Myeongdong site is more than a single-product display. APR says visitors can also try Medicube AGE-R devices including Booster Pro X2, Booster Glow, Booster V Roller, Booster Vibrating Cleanser and Booster Pro Mini Plus. That mix turns a collectible-looking hairbrush into an entry point for the company’s broader beauty-tech shelf.

For visitors, the practical details are straightforward: the pop-up is inside Shinsegae Duty Free’s Myeongdong branch and the announced end date is November 30. Store hours, stock and access can change, so the official release and Medicube Korea Instagram should be checked before traveling. The larger signal is how APR is packaging utility, celebrity-coded design and physical retail into one K-beauty object.
